Nomad

This is something to not miss.. Even if the style isn't particular your favorite it definitly deserves a listening. The band "Nomad" is from Hungary.. it's a professional recording.. mastered in a professional studio. The style I guess we can call it is mixed with some progressive rock/funk rock (or just simply "hungarian rock").. very very well done. It's all in hungarian except for 2 tracks.

They downloaded fine for me.

Drav:
No need they are on the glitch, & I'll change the links to there soon.

Flo:
Oops!! I got my spelling from the Christmas Beat album. Why do they always have to give the wrong spelling?

In case anyone's wondering, the first seven comments were about Masa's album -which I had to take down.

Yes he did, they are also gone from Amarathine's & the Glitch. You can thank him for letting them go for so long though.

When people don't smile it makes us want to buy their album because of how bad it makes us feel inside.

Then again, it does make you feel good. Like you shouldn't smile.

But whose to say.

Gosh I am full of crap.

Oh yes. I am putting my family name on my blogger account.

"Hungarian Rock" Makes it sound barbarish. Which music isn't. When it has music that drones for like 30 seconds without much of a change, that's barberic.

This music isn't barberic.

Paul said...

1: sure, I'll change it. But aren't you still Still Bliss Studios?
2: Not everyone is into the 'happy oversized smile" look. I personally prefer the more subdued look. But whatever floats your boat. I for one don't choose music by what the musicians look like.
3: Why would a name like Hungarian Rock sound babarish? Isn't that like racist or something? Why would a country atomatically make you think of barbarians?

Paul said...

Oh yeah, of course it is. Sorry about that. I just had no idea about where/when/how to get it. The site is all in Hungarian. But yes, please write to that address & purchase!

Paul said...

Yes it is and, guess what, I'm joing there home!! Woopieeee!

Phil said...

cool bro! Should be able to learn some nice tips from the drummer....I love his use of odd time signatures thrown in with the straight rhythms. good for progressive rock....have fun neo! and make sure they produce more music, and a website in english:P......

Paul said...

Yes I hope so. From what they told me, they have plans on a second album. But more hard rock/metal style. That should be fun. Oh, & they do have a English website.

The name "Hungarian Rock" is cool. It may sound Barbaric, but who's to say what's wrong with that, it makes it sound a little more aggresive.
Are most of these guys the same as the guys from the old Hungarian band?

Paul said...

what is the "Old" Hungarian band? I know the guitarist David used to play with Jason Larwence, Nat S, & Ben G in teh band "Silk 'n Steel"

Drakeot said...

So David's still around and playing. He's cool!

Paul said...

Hell yeah he's playing. You should here X-Bedlam!
